This event will be held at the Virgil T. Blossom Athletic Center. The Blossom Athletic Center is located in North-Central San Antonio, just north of the San Antonio International Airport.
The timeline/schedule of events will remain the same as usual for this event -- please visit the SASCA website for additional information (http://www.sasca.org).
Notice: The Pit area will be in the WEST parking lot, next to the school buses. (Please reference the map link via the AXWare ORM system). You will need to enter the facility via the driveway next to the school bus lot off of Jones-Maltsberger Rd. All other entrances will be blocked off.
This is not a points or competitive event. Cones will not be called in. Results will not be posted online. It will be a shorter course than normal to minimize cone pickup and maximize the drive time. It's a testntune session for you and your car. It's a chance to knock off the winter rust and remember what AutoX is like. It is also a chance for the setup crew to TestnTune various bits of equipment making sure it's good to go before the 1st event. If you're a novice, this is a great opportunity for seat time and to ask someone to ride with you and give you some pointers.
Event #4 of the New Jersey Motorsports Park winter solo series. This series will be run in accordance to SCCA rules and classes. As this is not an actual SCCA series, you do not need to be a member to participate. Click here for details of the day's schedule.

Practice is open! Here's a sneak peek at our newest venue - Lone Star Park. This is a practice event where we'll be seting up and testing our new segment timer. Annual Spring BBQ Run!
Kreuz Market, Lockhart, TX!
More details coming soon!
The annual TX Region SCCA Solo School is back for another year and a great way to kick off the 2010 season. Geared for beginners, the school will have you learning some autocross theory in the classroom and then applying that knowledge in your own car on courses designed specifically for learning. We'll pair you up with a National Caliber driver who will give you all the 1:1 instruction you need to get much faster.
Experienced drivers will benefit from the school too. It's a great bargain for extra seat time, and don't forget that your school fee includes your entry into the next days event! Allow 1-2 days for your registration to show up in the March 21 event.
If the school is your first time registering for one of our events online, you'll need to fill out your profile and enter your car information in your online 'garage'. You will be prompted for the required information by the system.
Welcome back for the exciting 2010 SCCA Solo season. As in year's past, the inaugural event will include free entry for anyone enrolled in the beginner's school on Mar 20, and we'll close the books on our Ditch the Spare Tire Contest where someone will win free entry to the 2010 season.
