This Agreement provides the terms and
conditions under which you may use the AXWareRacing Software interface, and
all associated hardware (WestHold Inc IDEC Transponder System).
Installing any AXWare System Software indicates that you
have read, understand and accept this Agreement. If you do
not accept this Agreement, return the Software and system for a full refund.
Licensed
Copies:

You are granted a
non-exclusive license to use one (1) copy of the software on the Timing
Computer (the timing computer pertains to the PC or laptop that connects to
the Timer). Each Timing Computer must have an
explicit licensed copy of the software.

You can have
several copies of the software on alternate computers, strictly as backups
for storing and managing that data recorded on the Timing Computer.
Because the software is protected by
copyright laws, it is illegal to make additional copies, or otherwise
duplicate the Software by any other means (including electronic transmission)
to give copies to another person or to modify, adapt, translate, rent,
sub-license, loan, resell for profit, distribute, create derivative works
based upon or network the Software or any part thereof.
The Software and hardware contain proprietary information and you may not
de-compile or otherwise, reverse engineer any part of the Software or
Hardware.
Under no conditions may the product, in
whole or in part, be resold in a retail or wholesale environment without a
AXWare Systems Reseller Contract. Contact
