A yearly subscribing fee for using the AXWare ORM services This fee covers the creation of your Root Club or Organization and creation of the Root Administrator and seasonal configurations.
A Root Administrator must be provided, and is responsible for assigning additional Administrators Roles to other users in your Club or Organization. The Administrators will have access to Administrative tasks of the ORM, including but not limited to:
- downloading Online Registrations
- activating membership requests
- controlling the settings of the ORM for your Club or Organization
- and much more...
It is expected that the Root Administrator will be re-assigned on a seasonal basis (to a new BOD for the Club or Organization).
