- Registration & Prepayment in advance. Walkup day-of registrations will have an extra $10 surcharge added.
- It is imperative that your address is updated in your AXWARE account prior to registration - Payment will be required during the Registration process.
- Bring your membership card along with your Drivers License to Registration.
- Registration closes at 7pm the night before the event
- No co-drivers (sharing a car) in the same run session
- No in-car passengers
- Be vigilant of your health - if you have any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid19 within the past 7 days please stay home - the health of everyone is of paramount importance.
- Member event fees remain the same for 2026: Online advanced registration fees are $50 for BMW CCA members. Non-members are $75 for their first event (which includes a 1 year club membership) then $50 at each following event for the remainder of the year. Walk up registration will be $60 for members and $85 for non-members (which includes a 1 year club membership). If you registered as an active club member and your membership has lapsed you are required to make the additional $25 payment at the event.
- All entrants must present their active club membership id or alternative form of proof and valid driver's license at the event.
- All drivers must hold a valid drivers license and be at least 18 years old to participate.
- A Snell 2015 or later helmet is required. This is the last year that 2015 dated helments will be allowed.
If you are buying a new helmet, look for a Snell 2020 rated model.
- CAR CLASSIFICATIONS: Classifications remain the same for 2026. Please go to https://nybmwcca.org/autocross/ to view the current Autocross Classification Form and ensure your car is classed correctly.
- Convertibles are allowed, with or without a roof.
- X-Series SAVs are the only SUV/Trucks allowed.
- The autocross will run rain, shine or snow. Participants of previous events can attest to this. We have a great time in torrential downpours.
- Registration and tech inspection is from 8:00 am - 9:00 am on the day of the event. If you don't arrive and get on the registration line before 9:00 am you will not be able to drive that day.
- First car off by 10:00 am. Everyone will get eight or more runs and we should finish no later than 4pm.
