Enhancements
Raw Timing Log	In order to improve problem solving the playback of raw timing logs was enhanced to provide full RF and Battery level support. Prior to this it was ignored. Improved handling and viewing of the interactions of all T-LINKS (including the Drag Tree) have been drastically modified to provide a better granular view of the processes to better mimic timing in real-time.  The sequencing of the T-LINK responses has better verbose information and is not directed to the TLINK Status Dialog as well as the Status Log.  Verbose errors messages were added, replacing numeric return codes
TLink Status Dialog	The RF and Battery levels are now reported in a somewhat faster fashion.  This will allow viewing of the RF and Battery Level immediately however may show that the levels move more.  If there is very good resception they will remain steady but in a interference based area will provide immediate feedback on potential RF issues.
