Staging - Class Selections	When car numbers are entered, and multiple cars with that number exist in different classes, the Class Selection List only populated the first one it found. Now all classes are available for selection.
Fixes
Break Out - versus Fastest Speed	If a break out occurs based on the Tech speed for the driver, the driver was shown as "OUT" in prior versions Now the fastest valid run is managed properly and all Break Outs are DSQ's.
