New Features
Maintenance Release	2023 Release - framework update
Framework Improvements	Improved processing of DNx (Did Not) style penalties. Prior to this version, dummy values would be inserted into respective rows in a duplicate manner. The duplication was unnecessary and was removed from the processing paths.
Class Definitions	Modified the Class Definition Dialogue to allow for much longer file names. This allows you to see the active file easier. For systems that had long folder and file names, the name could be hidden.
Announcer Window	Added several columns to control in the Announcer Windows in the History section. The Left and Right Best Speeds were made available to the Staging portion of the announcer Window. The staging process was modified to include those elements. Typically the Best L and Best R Speeds were only populated after speeds were obtained from the traps.
WIN Lane Indicator	WIN lane indicator was added in this revision. The software places 'WIN' into the Lane's Notes Field in the Staging grid. This uses a differential style of management that informs which lane went through the Finish Speed Trap first.

Managing DNSs & DNFs	For systems without the Drag Tree, selecting DNS or DNF before any Speeds have been recorded for the respective Lane forced a secondary penalty to be inserted into the next paired lanes. This was incorrect and occurred as a duplicate rule was applied to the Lane, inadvertently. Entering DNS or DNF for a Lane will invalid the speed on the respective row only and will no longer force a duplicate penalty into the following paired Lanes. Note: Since the system allows you to select the number of significant digits, the special control speeds indicators (999.000-999.999) will not be displayed in full if you have less than 3 significant digits selected. Since system with a Drag tree expect speed traps to be triggered in sequence after a start was detected, the DNS and DNF are handled slightly different, but still invalid a run the respective Lane where the DNS or DNF was entered.
Announcer Window	Fixed an issue with data not being displayed for a few columns. Restructured column management based on our other products for more consistent display control.
Staging Entries	When staging entries, the Best Left and Best Right Lane Speeds were not populated. They were populated only after a trap speed was obtained for that entry.
