This covers the creation of your Root administrator for your Club or Organization and creation a seasonal configuration.
A Root Administrator must be provided, and is responsible for assigning additional Administrators Roles to other users in your Club or Organization. The Administrators will have access to Administrative tasks of the ORM, including but not limited to:
If using ORM for Registrations:
It is expected that the Root Administrator will be re-assigned on a seasonal basis (to a new BOD for the Club or Organization).
