This item is provided here to allow you to purchase the number of hours that we provided to you after exchanging the requirements and our time estimates.
Billable time per hour for custom development.
This includes design, implementation, testing, install images and documentation etc.
Prior to beginning the work, explicit requirements and goals must be provided in writing and we will drawn up the time estimates and obtain a price.
All custom development requires at least 50% deposit prior to any work beginning. The remainder will be due once development has been completed. You may if you like, purchase the exact hours we estimated and we will work from there. If the estimate falls short, additional charges may be incurred.
Note: for custom development, it is necessary to test and verify that the software does exactly what you expect, and feedback given in a realistic timeframe. Depending on the requirements, several iterations may be necessary to provide exactly what you expected that still follows the initial requirements.
Any changes to the initial requirements will incur additional charges - we call this feature creep and that usually extends the developement time, testing and complexity of the work
