This Agreement provides the terms and conditions under which you may use our Software interfaces and any associated timing hardware.

Licenses are generated respective to the named Club, Organization or individual Entity that hosts events and thus the license is only pertinent to that entity. 

Installing any AXWare System Software indicates that you have read, understand and accept this Agreement.  If you do not accept this Agreement, return the Software and system for a full refund.

 Licensed Copies:

This Agreement provides the terms and conditions for all out software interfaces, code and content, and hardware components in our systems..

Software Licenses are generated respective to the named Club, Organization or individual Entity and thus the license only pertains to that entity.

 Licensed Copies:

• For Software interface (non-Network enabled), you are granted a non-exclusive license to use one (1) copy of the software on a PC that has the timing hardware connected, and one (1) additional copy on another PC as a spare that may be used to as backup, and (1) copy for off sight use for timing or data management.
• For a Network Enabled version of the software, you are granted the use of  seven (7) copies of the software. One installation for Timing Control, the rest for Networking Clients as you see fit. 

Under no conditions may the product, in whole or in part, be resold in a retail or wholesale environment without the the direct permission from AXWare Systems.

Because the software is protected by copyright laws, it is illegal to make additional copies, or otherwise duplicate the Software by any other means (including electronic transmission) to give copies to another person or to modify, adapt, translate, rent, sub-license, loan, resell for profit, distribute, create derivative works based upon or network the Software or any part thereof.  The Software and hardware contain proprietary information and you may not de-compile or otherwise, reverse engineer any part of the Software, any data or any Hardware.

Under no conditions may the product, in whole or in part, be resold in a retail or wholesale environment without the the direct permission from AXWare Systems.
