AXWareDM - Distributed Management Clients is an extension to the Network Module in AXWareTS providing connectivity to the additional clients. These include the following:

1. AXWareStaging - an Android app that allows you to stage cars similarly to the Bar Code scanner but without the need for scanner hardware.  It quickly and easily lets you stage vehicles via a visual validation of the vehicle.  Staged entries are send real-time to the T&S Server, simplifying the task for the T&S personnel.

2. Penalty Manager - The Penalty Manager is a DM Client, that provides the ability to manage penalties from a Network computer other than the T&S Server. It's only task is to managing penalties, nothing else.
   
   The penalties may be manually entered into the Penalty Manager directly or provided by 1-6 Corner Stations running AXWareTS Corners. The App allows penalties to be entered in real-time directly from each corner station, send to the Penalty Manager, and relayed to T&S Server.
   
   The Penalty Manager (AXWareDM.exe) works by connecting as normal Networking Client to the T&S, however it's connections is mostly background on the T&S. 

3. AXWare Live Timing - a live timing Android Application that provide access to hosted results and explicitly for Live Streaming during an event. See Android Application extensions for more information.

One of the challenges of providing a distributed environment is the networking components.  There is a vast number of options available, all with varying levels of support, range and cost. To simplify the process we have centered on the Ubiquity hardware components.

The Nanostation M5 (as of Feb. 2016) is a very powerful AP, Router, Bridge that we are using our configurations. The AXWareTS Documentation provides some helpful information about the M5, including links to youtube videos that can help you configure the unit in your environment. .
